Last Updated: August 23, 2026
Siskul Academy aims to provide practical, reliable and useful digital learning and store services. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be requested, how refunds are processed and how eligible refund amounts are added to your Siskul Coin wallet.
By purchasing a course, session, bundle or store product from Siskul, you agree to this Refund Policy and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Live courses and live sessions
- Recorded courses and video bundles
- Course-related digital products
- Products purchased through the Siskul Store
- Siskul Coin wallet transactions
- Eligible advertising or promotional purchases, where applicable
2. Refund Method
Approved refunds are normally credited to the customer’s Siskul Coin wallet.
Refunded coins may be used for:
- Purchasing courses
- Joining live sessions
- Buying eligible Store products
- Using other Siskul services that accept Siskul Coins
Refunds are not automatically sent to a bank account or mobile wallet.
If you want to withdraw eligible refunded coins, you must contact Siskul Support through:
- A private support ticket
- Email: siskulofficial@gmail.com
- WhatsApp: +977 9766721154
The withdrawal request may require identity verification and valid payment details.
3. Refund Deduction
An approved refund is subject to a 10% processing and service deduction.
The amount credited to your Siskul Coin wallet will be calculated as:
Eligible purchase amount − 10% processing deduction = Refund credit
Example:
- Eligible purchase amount: 1,000 Siskul Coins
- 10% processing deduction: 100 Siskul Coins
- Refund credited to wallet: 900 Siskul Coins
The 10% deduction may not apply where a refund is required by applicable law or where the refund is caused by Siskul’s failure to provide the purchased service.
Delivery, handling or third-party charges may be non-refundable unless the product was wrong, damaged, defective or the order was cancelled by Siskul.
4. Course Refund Eligibility
A course or session refund may be considered when:
- The course was purchased by mistake
- The same course was purchased more than once
- The course is unavailable or cannot be delivered
- A major technical problem prevents access
- A live session is cancelled by Siskul
- The course content is substantially different from the published description
- The customer has not meaningfully used or consumed the course access
Refund requests should be submitted before the course has been substantially used.
5. Course Refund Restrictions
A course refund may be rejected when:
- A substantial portion of the course has already been watched
- Course videos or materials have been downloaded or copied
- The learner has completed a significant part of the course
- A certificate has already been issued
- The learner has attended or used the main part of a live session
- The request is based only on a change of personal preference
- The account has violated Siskul’s rules
- The request appears fraudulent, abusive or dishonest
Some courses may have additional refund conditions shown on the course purchase page. Those conditions will also apply.
6. Live Course and Session Refunds
For live courses and sessions:
- Refund requests should be submitted before the first session begins
- Once a session has been attended, refund eligibility may be limited
- If Siskul cancels a session, customers may receive a replacement session, credit or eligible refund
- If a session is postponed, customers may choose to continue with the new schedule or request an eligible refund
