Welcome to Siskul Academy.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Siskul website, learning platform, courses, live sessions, recorded content, certificates, Feed, messaging services, Store, Wallet, Siskul Coins, advertising services, support services and related applications.
By accessing or using Siskul, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Siskul.
1. About Siskul
Siskul Academy (“Siskul,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a digital learning and creator platform based in Nepal.
Siskul provides practical learning and digital services in areas including:
- Artificial intelligence
- Content creation
- Video production and editing
- Programming and web development
- Digital tools and workflows
- Live and recorded learning
- Student communities
- Digital products and Store services
- Creator and advertising opportunities
2. Eligibility
You may use Siskul only if:
- You can legally enter into an agreement under applicable law
- The information you provide is accurate
- You are authorised to use the email, phone number and payment method connected to your account
- You follow these Terms and applicable laws
If you are below the legal age in your location, you must use Siskul with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Registration
Some Siskul services require an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account information updated
- Protect your password and verification codes
- Not share your account with another person
- Not sell, rent or transfer your account
- Notify Siskul immediately of unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account
You must not create an account using another person’s identity, a fake identity or misleading information.
Siskul may require identity or ownership verification before changing account information, processing withdrawals, handling refunds or restoring access.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Siskul will not be responsible for loss caused by:
- Sharing your password or verification code
- Using an unsecured device
- Allowing another person to access your account
- Using a reused or compromised password
- Failing to report suspicious activity
Siskul may temporarily restrict an account when unusual activity, fraud or security risk is detected.
5. Courses and Learning Content
Course information, price, schedule, duration, access type and availability may be displayed on the relevant course page.
Course access may include:
- Live classes
- Recorded sessions
- Course videos
- Learning materials
- Assignments
- Community access
- Course discussions
- Certificates where applicable
Course access is personal and non-transferable.
You must not:
- Share your course login
- Resell course access
- Record or redistribute live sessions
- Download, copy or reproduce protected materials without permission
- Upload course materials to another website or platform
- Use course content to create an unauthorised competing product
- Circumvent access restrictions or payment systems
Siskul may modify schedules, instructors, materials or delivery methods when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
6. Learning Results and Certificates
Siskul provides learning opportunities, not guaranteed employment, income, promotion, business success or professional licensing.
Your results depend on your effort, practice, prior knowledge, available tools and other circumstances.
Certificates may require:
- Course completion
- Attendance
- Assignment submission
- Assessment or practical examination
- Payment completion
- Compliance with course rules
A certificate may be withheld, cancelled or invalidated if it was obtained through fraud, account sharing, cheating, unauthorised access or false information.
Certificate verification information may be available through Siskul’s verification system.
7. Live Sessions
For live sessions, you agree to:
- Join using the registered account
- Follow the published schedule
- Respect instructors and other learners
- Avoid disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour
- Not record or redistribute the session without permission
- Use the official support channel for technical problems
Siskul may remove a participant from a live session for serious misconduct, abuse, harassment, unauthorised recording or security violations.
Live session changes, postponements, cancellations and related refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Payments and Prices
Prices, discounts, taxes, payment methods and access conditions are shown during the purchase process or on the relevant product page.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay the displayed amount before access is granted
- Use an authorised payment method
- Not reverse or dispute a valid payment dishonestly
- Not misuse discount codes, promotions or referral benefits
Siskul may correct pricing, technical or typographical errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Siskul Coins and Wallet
Siskul Coins are platform credits used for eligible Siskul services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Siskul Coins are not legal tender
- Siskul Coins are not bank deposits
- Siskul Coins do not earn interest
- Siskul Coins cannot be sold or transferred between users
- Siskul Coins cannot be exchanged outside the approved Siskul process
- Wallet balances may be restricted during fraud, dispute or security investigations
Refunded coins, promotional credits and earned coins may have different conditions.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Withdrawal of eligible coins requires a separate request through Siskul Support, email or WhatsApp and may require identity verification.
10. Store and Marketplace
Siskul may allow users or approved sellers to list and sell products through the Store.
Sellers are responsible for:
- Product accuracy
- Product quality
- Legal ownership of the product
- Pricing and availability
- Packaging
- Dispatch and delivery information
- Return and refund cooperation
- Compliance with applicable laws
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Inspect products after delivery
- Report damage, defects or incorrect items promptly
- Follow the Refund Policy and return requirements
- Not misuse return, refund or delivery systems
Siskul may facilitate transactions but may not manufacture, own or control every product listed by a third-party seller.
Siskul may remove products, suspend sellers or restrict Store access when a product or seller violates these Terms, applicable law or customer safety requirements.
11. Advertising Services
Advertisers must ensure that their advertisements:
- Are truthful and not misleading
- Do not violate copyright, trademark or privacy rights
- Do not promote illegal, harmful or fraudulent activities
- Do not contain prohibited or unsafe content
- Use images, videos and claims they are authorised to use
Siskul may review, reject, pause or remove an advertisement at any time if it violates these Terms or creates legal, safety or reputational risk.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their campaigns.
12. User Content
You may submit or publish content such as:
- Posts
- Photos
- Videos
- Comments
- Reviews
- Messages
- Course feedback
- Support attachments
- Project information
You retain ownership of content that you legally own.
By submitting content to a public or community feature, you grant Siskul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt that content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the relevant Siskul service.
Siskul will not use private support tickets or private messages for public promotion without permission, except where required by law or necessary for security and dispute handling.
You confirm that:
- You own or have permission to use your content
- Your content does not violate another person’s rights
- Your content is not deceptive, abusive or unlawful
- Your content does not contain malware
- Your content does not expose another person’s private information
- Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property
Siskul may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Siskul to:
- Commit fraud or deception
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Harass, threaten or abuse others
- Share hate speech or discriminatory content
- Upload sexually explicit or exploitative content
- Exploit or endanger children
- Spread malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Scrape or copy the platform at scale
- Manipulate views, likes, reviews or ratings
- Create fake accounts
- Misuse refunds or wallet credits
- Circumvent course or Store payment restrictions
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Promote illegal goods or services
- Conduct phishing, scams or unauthorised fundraising
- Interfere with the website or its security
- Use Siskul to violate applicable law
14. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must be based on genuine experience.
You must not:
- Post fake reviews
- Pay or pressure someone to post a particular review
- Review a product or course you did not use
- Manipulate ratings
- Post defamatory or knowingly false information
- Use reviews to attack, threaten or promote unrelated services
Siskul may hide, edit for formatting, moderate or remove reviews that violate these Terms.
15. Messaging and Support
Messaging and support features must be used respectfully and for legitimate purposes.
You must not use them to:
- Spam users
- Send threats
- Request passwords or verification codes
- Send fraudulent payment instructions
- Share harmful files
- Harass support staff or other users
- Circumvent account restrictions
Support tickets may be reviewed by authorised staff for resolution, safety, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
16. AI and Automated Features
Siskul may provide AI assistants or automated tools.
AI-generated information:
- May be incomplete or inaccurate
- Should be reviewed before use
- Is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice
- Must not be treated as a guaranteed answer
- Must not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
You are responsible for reviewing and safely using any AI-generated output.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential business information or another person’s private information to an AI feature.
17. Intellectual Property
Siskul and its licensors own or control the platform, including:
- Website design
- Branding
- Logos
- Text
- Course materials
- Videos
- Graphics
- Software
- Layouts
- Database structure
- Original content
Except for limited personal use allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer or exploit Siskul content without written permission.
“Siskul” and related logos, names and designs may not be used in a way that suggests unauthorised partnership or endorsement.
18. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Siskul infringes your copyright, contact us with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL or location of the disputed content
- An explanation of the alleged infringement
- A statement confirming that the information is accurate
Siskul may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while reviewing the complaint.
19. Privacy
Your use of Siskul is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

- Third-party availability
- Third-party security
- Third-party pricing
- Third-party privacy practices
- Loss caused by your use of an external service
21. Availability and Technical Problems
We aim to keep Siskul secure and available, but we do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available
- Every feature will work without interruption
- Content will always be error-free
- Services will be compatible with every device
- All course or Store information will remain unchanged
- Access will never be affected by maintenance, network failure or events outside our control
We may perform maintenance, updates or emergency security work without prior notice.
22. Disclaimer
Siskul is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Siskul does not guarantee:
- Employment or income
- Business success
- Course completion results
- Permanent access to every feature
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of every user-generated or AI-generated statement
- Product quality supplied by an independent seller beyond applicable obligations
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siskul will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:
- Use or inability to use the platform
- Loss of data
- Unauthorised account access caused by the user
- Third-party services
- User-generated content
- Seller products or delivery delays
- Internet, device or network failure
- Temporary service interruption
Where liability cannot be excluded, Siskul’s responsibility will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
24. Indemnity
You agree to protect and indemnify Siskul, its staff, instructors, sellers and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful conduct
- Your user content
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your misuse of the platform
- Your fraud or account abuse
This clause applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Suspension and Termination
Siskul may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You provide false information
- You misuse payments, refunds or wallet credits
- You infringe intellectual property
- You harass users or staff
- You create a security risk
- Your activity appears fraudulent or unlawful
- Suspension is required by law
After termination:
- You may lose access to courses and platform features
- Unused promotional credits may be cancelled
- Wallet balances may be reviewed
- Transaction and certificate records may be retained where required
- Content may be removed or restricted
- You remain responsible for obligations that arose before termination
26. Account Transfer and Recovery
Accounts must not be sold or transferred privately.
Any account email change, recovery or approved transfer must be completed through Siskul’s authorised verification process.
Siskul may reject a transfer request where ownership cannot be verified or fraud is suspected.
27. Refunds
Course, Store and eligible service refunds are governed by the Siskul Refund Policy.

The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Siskul after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
29. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Nepal.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Siskul and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any non-waivable legal right.
